What does the festival cost to attend?

It’s 100% free, come enjoy the park and our music. The vendors help with the event costs, so we encourage supporting the vendors and the event with our merchandise. We are committed to maintain this a cost friendly event, expect $1.00 bottled spring water and natural organic sodas for $3.00.

What is the booth space fee?

Prices start at $125 for live performing artist up to $500 for the CBD/Hemp Vendors. Booths are typically 10 x 10, with some venues providing space for 10 x 20 options. Our vendor fees are how these events are produced, the more vendors at an event will increase our entertainment & promotional budget, providing more attendees.

Can anyone get a vending booth?

No, these are juried events and we are selective on those we allow to participate based on quality, uniqueness, value, and reputation. We are providing a platform for high quality vendors, and limiting vendors from having competing wares.

What kind of vendors are accepted?

We are accepting a limited number of hemp industry vendors, requiring a benchmark of quality on the exceptional level. Hemp Tour will only provide opportunities for companies with tested products to insure our level of standards. Additionally, we only offering these vending opportunities for independent operators, based in the regions of their operations.

Will alcohol be available?

No, these are wellness events and no alcohol is provided. We are providing a safe, family friendly setting and we feel at this time offering alcohol beverages is not within our mission.

Are coolers allowed?

Absolutely, we do allow empty coolers and will have available ice, sodas and waters. There will be food vendors, so bring your blanket and come spend the day at the park. Patrons are responsible to comply with all laws, including open containers.  

Who is this event geared for?

Everyone, as this is an all ages event. Community participation is encouraged with a wide variety of opportunities for those interested in recreational or group purposes during the event.
